Our service is open Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm offering:

Early diagnosis of a range of conditions and developmental disorders
A coordinated approach to care planning
Maximise life chances and improved outcomes for children
Support to children in a range of settings including support to families / children with life-limiting conditions in the home as appropriate
