Spring course starts for people with health conditions

People with a long term health condition in the county are being offered a free course to help turn their life around. Anyone in the county with a long term health condition, such as diabetes, arthritis, asthma or depression, are invited to take part in the self-help course, which involves one session a week for six weeks. Residents with Norovirus symptoms urged not to visit hospital

Herefordshire residents with symptoms of Norovirus are being urged not to visit hospitals to help protect vulnerable and seriously ill patients. Norovirus brought into hospital by visitors has recently caused the closure of several wards at hospitals in Herefordshire.
