Healthcare workers across Herefordshire get flu jab to protect patients
Health and care workers across Herefordshire are protecting patients and preparing for this winter’s flu season by getting the flu jab. Nurses, doctors, district nurses, social workers, ambulance and mental health workers, are among more than 1,300 staff who’ve had this year’s flu vaccination so far, as part of the national NHS flu vaccination campaign.

Temporary winter closure for Ross and Leominster Minor Injury Units
The Minor Injury units at Ross and Leominster community hospitals are to close temporarily during the winter to help Wye Valley NHS Trust provide safe services to seriously ill patients needing urgent care at Hereford County Hospital.
