Together, we assess and treat conditions affecting the upper part of your digestive system, including your oesophagus (gullet), stomach, gallbladder, bile ducts, and liver. We are pleased to welcome you to the purpose built Day Case Surgical Unit at Hereford County Hospital, which opened in July 2024. The unit provides modern, state-of-the-art facilities, for our patients. The types of procedure offered in the new unit include a mix of day case surgeries, including gynaecology, urology, general surgical, orthopaedic and cataract procedures.
