Education and development


Key elements of your continued learning and development are the annual performance development review, which gives you the chance to review your work over the previous twelve months and to agree objectives for the next twelve months. It is also an opportunity to talk to your manager about other aspects of your work, such as working hours and relationships with colleagues.

We encourage staff to participate in flexible and open learning programmes to support job and career progression. We ensure all training and development programmes are clearly linked to our values and objectives and make a significant contribution to the delivery of high quality patient care.
