If you need a translator or interpreter:
Please ask the ward/department Sister or enquire with the Patient Experience Team located at the main hospital reception desk.
This service is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Tel: 01432 355444 ext 5405 or 07825 681801. If your request is outside of these hours please contact the ward/department Sister.

Si vous avez besoin des services d’un traducteur ou d’un interprète:
Adressez-vous à l’infirmièr(e) en chef/de section ou au « service de conseil et liaison des patients » (Patient Advice and Liaison Service PALS) situé au bureau d’accueil principal de l’hôpital.
Le service « PALS » est disponible du Lundi au Vendredi de 9.00 a 5.00 h. Tel: 01432 355444 ext 5405 Portable: 07825 681801. En dehors des heures ci-dessus, veuillez contacter l’infirmièr(e) en chef/de section.
