They originate from the main arteries of the body (the aorta and brachiocephalic artery) in the chest and travel up through the neck and into the skull. This programme will give you an overview of quality and service improvement and support you to participate in improvement projects. You will leave the programme with an understanding of improvement methodology that you can use within your own area or with your team. We have introduced a new maternity electronic patient record system.  This means that we no longer use paper forms for recording information about your maternity care.
