Opening Hours
Our service is open Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm offering:
- Early diagnosis of a range of conditions and developmental disorders
- A coordinated approach to care planning
- Maximise life chances and improved outcomes for children
- Support to children in a range of settings including support to families / children with life-limiting conditions in the home as appropriate
