IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR CLINIC APPOINTMENT

Please ensure you read completely.

Dental appointment information for patients

Before arriving at the Dental Access Centre we have a few questions to help keep everyone safe.

  • Have you tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days?
  • Are you waiting for a COVID – 19 tests or results?
  • Do you have any of the following symptoms:
    • New, continuous cough
    • High temperature or fever
    • Loss of, or change in, sense of smell or taste?

If you or anyone attending with you answers YES to any of the above, you should NOT attend the appointment but contact the number on the enclosed appointment letter to re-arrange your appointment.

If you answer NO to all of the above, please read the information below which explains the steps put in place to protect both patients and staff.

If for any reason you feel you should not attend your clinic appointment or you are worried about it, please contact the number on your appointment letter.

To reduce the number of people at our Dental Access Centres, please attend on time.

Unless you absolutely need to have someone with you please come alone.  If you do need someone to come with you they will also have to follow the steps below.

Please only bring essential items with you.

Entrance to the building:  

During the hours of 9am – 5pm please use the hand gel and put on a mask available from the sanitation station/reception or wear you own face covering.

During the appointment:

The clinician will be wearing the appropriate PPE, which can include apron, gloves, and mask and possibly a face visor.  These are for both yours and the staff members’ protection.

After the appointment:

We politely ask that patients vacate the building once your appointment has ended.
